Optometrist - Full Time/Open to Part Time

About the Practice: Elite Eye Care is a premier eye care clinic with multiple locations across New York City, including Brooklyn, East 149th Street, Grand Concourse, and two sites on Tremont Ave in the Bronx. Led by Specialist Michael Yakubov, OD, our team of expert eye specialists is committed to offering affordable, high-quality eye care to patients of all ages.
What We Offer: At Elite Eye Care, we provide a comprehensive range of eye care treatments. Our services include thorough eye exams, cataract and glaucoma surgeries, and management of conditions like diabetic retinopathy and age-related macular degeneration (AMD). Our state-of-the-art facilities are equipped with the latest digital technology to ensure the best care for our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive eye exams for patients.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with staff and patients to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Manage around 10-12 patients per day, handling a diverse caseload including geriatrics and pediatrics.
Types of Patients You Will See:
- Full scope optometry including geriatric and pediatric refractions.
Types of Equipment Available:
- Autophoropter
- Autorefractor
- NCT (Non-Contact Tonometry)
- Mybobeography
- Imaging OCT (Optical Coherence Tomography)
- Anterior OCT
- Virtual Visual
- All equipment is state-of-the-art and fully digital.

You'll Be Working With:
- Scribes and opticians in a modern, state-of-the-art lab environment.
Salary: $170,000 - $180,000 annually
