I am the owner of a private optical practice in Warwick, NY, which I built from the ground up in 2007. As I begin planning my transition toward retirement over the next 2–5 years, I am looking for an optometrist to join the practice on a part-time basis with a clear path toward partnership and eventual ownership.
This position is for approximately 16 hours per week, making it an ideal opportunity for an optometrist seeking flexibility while building toward owning a practice.
I am also a retired member of the FDNY and have brought that same work ethic and commitment into building this business and serving our community.
A key part of this opportunity is our licensed optician whom I personally sponsored. She is an essential part of the practice, and the goal is for the incoming optometrist to work closely with her, forming a strong partnership that can carry the business forward together.
