We are seeking a dedicated and personable Optometrist to join our growing family in North Carolina. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who is passionate about full-scope optometry and eager to provide total vision care to an established and loyal patient base. In this role, you will have the autonomy to practice at the highest-level while being supported by a collaborative team that values your expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive eye exams and vision care to a diverse patient population.
- Diagnosing and managing ocular diseases
- Fit and manage specialty contact lenses.
- Collaborate with our optical team to ensure patients receive the best eyewear solutions from our fully stocked optical dispensary.
- Build lasting relationships with patients, fostering a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
Practice Highlights & Technology:

- Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT)
- Visual Field Analysis
- Autorefractors
- Modern exam lanes
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree from an accredited school of optometry.
- Current licensure to practice optometry in the state of North Carolina.
- Strong communication skills and a patient-first mentality.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a support team of technicians and opticians.
Compensation & Benefits:
We believe in rewarding our doctors for their dedication and skill. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes:
- Salary: New York pay with a lower cost of living in North Carolina
- 4 day work week: Wednesday -Saturday schedule
- Estimated income of $175-250k
