About the Practice
We are a growing OD/MD practice and for a full-time optometrist. We are an independent, privately owned organization and are experiencing tremendous growth. We treat everything from cataract and glaucoma surgeries, to advance dry eye. We are a stable practice with a need for a motivated individual--If you would like to perform the full scope of optometry, we encourage you to reach out!
What You'll Like About the Position
- Equipment: In our office, you will have direct access to an OCT, Visual Field, Retinal Camera, Pachymeter, IOL Master, B-Scan, Meibography, Lipiflow, IPL (Intense Pulse Light), Oculus Keratograph, Topography, and VEP/ERG.
- Salary and Benefits: We offer an attractive compensation package ($180-$200K for experienced ODs, New grads- negotiable) plus production bonus, health insurance, PTO, CME, & 401K; sign on bonus of 40K, paid at 90 days and then 180 days; open to pathway to ownership or partnership
- Schedule: We believe strongly in maintaining a healthy work-life balance, so you will only be seeing 35 patients per day while working M-F 8-5, with no weekends!
