Our well-established, family-owned and operated private practice, Butler Eye Care and Chicora Eye Care, has been serving the Butler and Chicora, Pennsylvania communities for over 30 years. We are currently seeking a dedicated optometrist with expertise in medical optometry to join our team! What You’ll Need:
- Doctor of Optometry License
- Valid PA state license to practice optometry
- Highly proficient in medical management specific to optometry and ophthalmology.
- Personable, compassionate individual who can bring a positive attitude and personality to our office

What You’ll Do:
As an optometrist in our practice, you will be able to practice to the fullest scope of your license. You can look forward to exciting day to day interactions with patients, including:
- Comprehensive dilated eye care, routine examinations, refractions, and contact lenses
- Urgent eye care!
- Prokera® amniotic membrane treatment
- Fitting custom soft and custom rigid gas permeable contact lenses and scleral contact lenses
- Management and treatment of advanced dry eye, ocular surface disease, macular degeneration, co-management, glaucoma,diabetic eye care, and amblyopia
- Myopia management
- Analysis of Eidon fundus photography, Humphrey Visual Fields, Topcon Maestro
- LASIK/PRK consultations
- Surgical post-op care for refractive surgery& cataracts
