ASSOCIATE OPTOMETRIST WANTED (FULL TIME OR PART TIME)
Busy 42 year-old very highly medically oriented Private Optometry practice in South Central Pennsylvania is looking for an Optometric Associate. As the only privately owned practice in the general area we are growing every year. New grads and experienced doctors are welcome and we will consider part time or full time. We would love to find someone interested in working at our practice for several years and then purchasing the practice. A large percentage of our patient schedule is medical optometry which we treat and monitor utilizing the latest technology. We also see urgencies referred to us by other local health care providers on a regular basis and fit specialty contact lenses. Bonus: We do not participate with any vision plans!

- We are low stress and do not overbook, as we average 18-20 patients per day per doctor.

Our practice is located directly off of I-81 in Greencastle, PA. Greencastle is a safe place to live with a low cost of living and is only about 90 minutes from Baltimore and Washington, DC, 45 minutes from Frederick, MD, and an hour from Harrisburg. We are “semi-rural”, but definitely not located in the middle of nowhere! Practicing in a small town has its rewards; We get to know our patients and they are not just a number to us.
