About the Opportunity
This is a growth based opportunity in a fast-paced OD practice, featuring established systems, quality care and a wonderful patient base in our Main center and three suburban satellites centered just outside of Providence, RI.
About the Practice
We have a main office which is a group practice, and satellites where each OD works as generally in the "solo" practioner model. We provide quality care, real patient connections, professional staff and nearly uncapped OD earning power based on compentency and work ethic. We schedule planned comprehensive eye care, emergencies and also several optometric specialites. You will enjoy extreme flexibility in the "when", "where" and the "way" you practice.
Seeing 15 to 20 patients per day with dedicated technician support creates a nice flow. Our opticians and the clinical instruments allow you to be on top of your game whether your focus is optical or medical. Supportive colleagues, competent staff and solid systems allow a patient flow model that adds greatly to your overall experience and satisfaction. Spacious exam rooms, working equipment and compulink E H R combined with a somewhat upscale patient base are important considerations in how and where we spend our energy.
We are less than an hour from Boston and minutes from the Warwick airport. There are many attractions such as beach, nature, mountains, citym, travel, hike and explore as well continued professional development. Compensation and Benefits
Our base package is in the negihborhood of 165K while our top producers flirt with 175 K to 195 K, easily working less than 40 hours per week. The benefits and working conditions are fantastic.
We are open to reward ODs with experience who are ready to make a difference, always placing an emphasis on how to work smarter, growing your patient and specialty base, building referrals and something special along the way. A solid base compensation and solid benefits plus the possibility of signing bonus or moving assistance.
