Harrington Vision Center has been providing the utmost service to our community in Florence for fifty years. Thanks to our reputation for offering quality full-scope vision care and fashionable eyewear products, we have a loyal patient base that spans generations. We are currently looking for a full-time doctor to join our practice as we continue to grow and develop!
What You’ll Need
- Doctor of Optometry Degree
- SC State License
- A friendly and knowledgeable personality, able to educate our patients and make them feel comfortable!
What You’ll Do
- Perform excellent comprehensive eye exams
- Take accurate measurements and diagnose ocular conditions
- Identifying and managing foreign body, ocular diseases
- Currently, we refer out, but we’re looking to bring more medical optometry treatment to the practice

An optometrist at our practice will have the ability to focus on providing comprehensive, general optometry with the support of our staff members, opticians, technicians, and another doctor. Our practice has two refracting lanes that are fully equipped, as well as NCT, Autorefractor, autolensometer, and slit lamp.
Schedule
- Work-life balance: Our fantastic hours allow our staff to capitalize on their time outside of the office-- no weekends! Work a standard 9-5 workweek Monday to Friday doing what you love, and then enjoy the weekends to relax and recuperate! We are also very flexible with benefits--we offer 2 weeks of PTO and are willing to accommodate your needs for health insurance, licensing fee, and malpractice insurance.
