From your first day, you'll work alongside experienced doctors who genuinely enjoy teaching and mentoring. New graduates receive the guidance and support needed to confidently transition from student to practicing optometrist, while experienced doctors have the autonomy to practice at the top of their license. You'll practice full-scope optometry using advanced diagnostic technology, including OCT, Optos, visual fields, and laser technology, supported by an experienced clinical team that allows you to focus on exceptional patient care. Our doctors enjoy the clinical autonomy to build lasting patient relationships while practicing comprehensive medical and primary eye care.

We believe new graduates deserve both financial security and the opportunity to be rewarded for their success. That's why we offer a guaranteed base salary of $120,000 plus a transparent, performance-based production bonus. Motivated first-year associates typically earn $150,000+ in total compensation, with continued earning potential as they build their patient base and grow their careers.

We also offer a retirement plan with employer matching, continuing education support, and a predictable full-time schedule with no evenings, no weekends, and Fridays ending at 1:00 p.m. because we believe the best careers leave time to enjoy everything the Lowcountry has to offer.
