Meridian Eye Care in Yankton, South Dakota is seeking a full-time Associate Optometrist to join our growing team as we prepare to move into our brand-new, state-of-the-art facility in August 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated doctor who values clinical freedom, long-term growth, and a supportive work culture—with no weekend hours and a pathway to ownership.

Compensation & Benefits
- Flexible Base Salary + Production Bonus (17% of Gross Production)

Who We’re Looking For
- Doctor of Optometry (OD), or soon-to-be graduate
- Licensed (or eligible) in South Dakota
- Excellent communicator with a patient-first mindset
