Our team of eye care providers participate in providing eye exams to impoverished families through school screenings, local and international mission trips and complementary eye exams in house. We are seeking part-time to full-time doctors for our continued growth. The Carlson Eyecare Centers are committed to providing the highest quality in patient care and are looking for candidates that are fun, dependable, self-motivated, caring doctors, with an excellent chair side manner to ensure we provide exceptional services for our patients.
We practice full scope Optometry and co-manage LASIK, cataract surgery, and ocular disease with local Ophthalmology Groups. Our goal as practitioners is to take care of our patients in house and use our affiliated groups only as a surgery or advanced disease referrals. Our focus in optometry is technologically driven and as a result we have corneal wave-scans, topographers, Optomaps, Meibography, anterior segment cameras, visual fields, EMR and AngioOCTs at our locations. We have a large contact lens practice and fit many specialty lenses.
We are growing and have a great opportunity in our popular mall areas with a modern, well-established LensCrafters' store next door to handle our patients’ eyeglass needs. We would love to have motivated Doctors to help us build a practice that will be a true leader in the industry. We plan on accomplishing this by concentrating on a patient-centric approach in providing a new standard of quality, convenience and innovation in a caring and compassionate manner. We are driven to continue to grow and develop our company as the place for patients to go to look, see, and feel their best.
There is immediate availability! This Position(s) offers a solid team dedicated to success, a competitive salary with bonus structure ($155,000 t0 $190,000), malpractice insurance, medical insurance, HSA, 401K /IRA, and vacation pay.
