Now Hiring: Optometrists (Part-Time and Full-Time)
As we continue to grow, we are seeking two passionate and skilled optometrists to join our team. We are looking for professionals who are dependable, self-motivated, compassionate, and possess an excellent chair-side manner. These qualities are essential in maintaining our commitment to delivering unparalleled care.
At Carlson Eyecare Centers, we practice full-scope optometry, including co-managing LASIK, cataract surgeries, and ocular disease with local ophthalmology groups. Our objective is to provide comprehensive care in-house, referring to affiliates only for advanced procedures or surgeries.
We invest in cutting-edge technology, including corneal wave scans, topographers, Optomaps, meibography, anterior segment cameras, visual fields, EMR systems, and AngioOCTs.
Additionally, we have a thriving contact lens practice, we work with the four major contact lens manufactures and offer specialty lens fittings for a wide range of needs.

We are expanding our presence in vibrant retail areas with modern, established LensCrafters stores conveniently located nearby to meet our patients’ eyewear needs. We aim to build a practice that leads the industry by adopting a patient-centered approach, prioritizing quality, convenience, and innovation in a compassionate environment.
Compensation and Benefits
This position offers immediate availability and a robust package, including:
- Competitive salary with bonus structure ($155,000–$195,000 annually)
