What You’ll Need:
- Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree
- Valid Tennessee optometry license (or ability to obtain)
- Medical-focused mindset with full-scope capabilities
- Strong communication skills and a patient-first approach

- New graduates welcome, including 2026 grads

Exposure:
You’ll practice highly medical, full-scope optometry in a busy multi-OD private practice. The patient population is general, with a strong emphasis on diagnosis and management of:
- Macular degeneration
- Glaucoma
- Cataracts
- Diabetic eye disease
- Dry eye disease
- And much more!
You’ll typically see 25–30 patients per day with extensive clinical support so you can focus on patient care. If you have a specialty that you want to bring that we don't already do, we are open to having you bring that specialty to our patient base!
Technology:
You’ll have access to state-of-the-art diagnostic and treatment equipment, including:
- 6 OCTs
- Visual Fields
- LipiFlow & LipiScan
- IPL
- ERG
- Corneal Topography
- Fundus Photography
- Fully integrated EHR system
- And More!
Support:
Our practice is built around teamwork. You’ll work alongside another Optometrist and be supported by:
- Trained technicians
- Chair-side technicians (available as scribes)
- Front desk staff and experienced management
This structure allows you to focus on delivering excellent care without burnout.
Schedule:
- Full-time position
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Option to work 4 or 5 days per week
- No weekends
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary dependent on Experience
- Production bonus
