About the Practice
We’re excited to share a new opportunity for an Optometrist to join our team at our Austin location! We’re looking for a warm, professional Optometrist to become part of our practice.
This role offers a competitive base salary, plus a production bonus, Dailies contact lens bonus, 50% LASIK bonus, 30% specialty contact lens bonus, dry eye bonus, and more. You’ll be part of a welcoming environment where our skilled staff handles all preliminaries, and our user-friendly Revolution EMR system keeps things running smoothly. Our trained technicians and opticians are ready to support you fully.
The office is equipped with advanced instruments, including digital phoropters, Optomap, OCT, and Topography. We’d love to hear from candidates who are excited about this opportunity, including recent graduates.
About the Optometrist Position
Our new optometrist will be a welcome addition to our team and family who is both personable and welcoming to our patients. A passion for providing the best total vision care is essential to providing the best experience we can!
As an optometrist in our practice, you will be expected to:
- Perform comprehensive eye exams
- Diagnose and assist in the treatment of ocular disease
- Prescribe corrective lenses
- LASIK & Refractive Surgery Co-Management
- Diabetic Eye Exams
- Dry Eye Treatment
- Build strong doctor-patient relationships
- Handle eyecare emergencies
- Work experience as an Optometrist or Extern New Grad

What You’ll Need:
- Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) Degree
- An Optometry License in the state you will be practicing
