About the Optometrist Position
This medically-oriented opportunity is unique and exciting in that you will be a mobile optometrist, allowing you to work out of multiple clinics in the Dallas / metro area.
As an optometrist in our practice, you will be expected to:
- Perform comprehensive eye exams on patients for the management of diabetic retinopathy
- Diagnose and assist in the treatment of ocular disease
- Prescribe corrective lenses
- Build strong doctor-patient relationships
Optometrist Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree
- Valid TX state license to practice optometry
- Therapeutic licensed optometrist
- Team player with excellent bedside manner
- Passionate about working with diverse populations
- Strong knowledge of medical optometry
- No optical sales
