Southwest Texas Eyecare Associates is a full-service eye and vision care provider that has been open for 35 years and is the largest in the area! Exposure
- Do what you love - Mixed Optical - ODs at our practice are able to practice to the full extent of their license, providing comprehensive primary care and medical care, with a heavy amount of pediatric, glaucoma, and diabetes in our patient base. Our OD can focus on providing the best care to their patients, as the optical is a separate business.
Environment
- A well-equipped office - Our OD will work alongside scribes to streamline patient encounters so you can focus on patient care, another OD, and with strong support staff including Technicians who work up patients– including running any special testing. Our 35+ year respected practice boasts advanced technology to include Eidon fundus camera, Cirrus OCT, HVF 3, ERG, and AR with topography.
- Competitive pay - We reward our full-time doctors with competitive salaries of around 160K + Retention bonus, and a benefits package including PTO, Paid Holidays, Health Insurance, Retirement Plan, Productivity Bonus, Paid Licensing, Paid DEA, and Paid CE–up to $1000 annual

What You’ll Need:
- Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree
- Valid state license to practice optometry
- Our ideal candidate is productive, flexible, and hard-working!
- Bilingual Not Required but preferred
