WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree and current Washington state license

• Strong communication and genuine care for patient relationships

• Desire to grow and learn continuously

• A collaborative, Concierge, team-first mindset


Ideal (But Not Required)

• Interest in myopia management, dry eye, or specialty contact lenses

• Experience in specialty practices or willingness to develop new skills

• Curiosity about advancing eye care


COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary

$140,000 to $180,000 base salary (commensurate with experience and background)


Bonus Opportunity

Earn additional compensation based on specialty service growth and patient outcomes
