Eye MDs of Puget Sound is an expanding medical practice with offices in Tacoma and Olympia, WA. Currently there are 4 physicians in our group with an additional provider joining us Summer, 2024. We are looking for an ethical and hardworking OD to join our practice on a full time basis. Clinical duties will include all aspects of routine eye care including dilated examinations, glasses prescriptions, contact lens fitting, glaucoma management, and postoperative care.
Our doctors each work with 2 technicians who refract all patients and obtain ancillary testing. Clinic hours are 8 AM to 5 PM Monday-Friday. There are no weekend hours. Clinic physicians all participate in a rotating office call schedule for after-hours patient care.
Compensation includes a base salary of $125K with generous productivity bonuses. Both Malpractice and Medical/Dental insurance are provided. Benefits include a matching 401 K retirement program and two weeks paid vacation annually. A yearly $3K stipend for CME, license, and professional member- ship costs is offered as well..
