Environment

• Strong support team – You'll work alongside an experienced office manager, techs who handle all check-ins, pre-screening, and billing.
   
• Heavy medical billing – This location has a high volume of medical cases. The credentialed doctor you're replacing was on track to clear over $200k this year based on production.
   
• Hybrid option – We're rolling out telehealth capabilities at this location, meaning you have the option to work remotely some days.
   

Schedule & Compensation

• Working Hours:
   
  • Monday–Friday: 10am–6pm (last patient at 5:30pm)
     
  • Saturday: 9am–5pm (last patient at 4:30pm)
     
  • Sunday: 11am–4pm (last patient at 3:20pm)
     
• Weekend Coverage: At least one weekend day is required.
   
• Compensation:
   
  • Per diem: $600/day
     
  • Once credentialed: 40% of receipts from insurance billing
     

What You’ll Need:

• Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree
   
• Active WA Optometry License
   
• A compassionate, patient-first approach
   
• Clear and professional communication skills
   
• A collaborative and positive attitude
