I am seeking a full-time Optometrist to join my practice inside Target Optical. The ideal candidate connects easily with patients, delivers efficient, high-quality eye care, and communicates with empathy and respect. New grads are encouraged to apply.
I am offering excellent compensation and flexible scheduling, including no weekends! You’ll have full clinical autonomy, practicing full-scope optometry without corporate pressure or sales goals. Our staff handles all optical and scheduling tasks so you can focus on patient care. The office features advanced technology including Optomap Imaging, AutoKeratometer, AutoRefractor, AutoLensometer, NCT, and a TopCon AutoPhoropter, all integrated with RevolutionEHR for seamless workflow.
Compensation
- $5,000 Sign-On Bonus
- Flat Rate Model: $110 / Hour (8 hours); or
- Production Model: $60 / Exam (20 exam slots)
Schedule
- Four or five days / week
- 9am - 5pm or 10am - 6pm
