Optometrist - FT/PT- Medically-Oriented Private Practice - Vernon, CT

Our full-scope family practice is looking for a fantastic Full-Time Optometrist to join our team! If having the time, ability, and agency to practice your way is appealing to you, this is a perfect opportunity!
What You’ll Need:
- Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) Degree (or pending)
- Valid CT state license to practice optometry (or pending)
- Interest in being part of a community and family practice!

Environment: We believe strongly in affording our doctors the ability to devote time to their patients, so our doctor only sees at most 3 patients per hour and about 18-25 patients per day. You’ll also have the full support of our incredible staff, including one other OD, our office manager, billing specialist, and two licensed opticians!
Schedule: We value work-life balance, so we are very flexible with schedule requirements. For our full-time doctor, we only need one Saturday a month--otherwise, your week can be scheduled according to your preference, and can even be fewer than 40 hours!
Compensation & Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience. We offer a full benefits package including retirement plan options matched by the company as well a 5K sign-on bonus after 6 months and an additional 5K at the 12 month mark!
