Quarry Eyecare, located in your Hodgkins Walmart Vision center, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate full-time or part-time optometrist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality eye care services- including comprehensive eye exams, diagnosis and treatment of visual disorders and patient education. This position offers flexibility and a supportive work environment ideal for a work-life balance. This practice is located in an extremely busy Walmart Vision center. (Doctors are independent from Walmart and solely responsible for quality patient care, not sales.)

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive eye exams and contact lens fits.
• Diagnose and treat eye conditions, including emergency walk ins and diabetic eye exams.
• Prescribe eyeglasses, contact lenses, and medications as needed.
• Education of patients on all things eye related.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as necessary for patient care.
