The Eyez Optical Boutique invites a singular, independent Doctor of Optometry to establish their practice within one of Los Angeles’ most distinguished eyewear destinations. Opening August 2026 on Olympic Boulevard, in the heart of Koreatown, The Eyez brings four decades of optical heritage to a clientele that expects the exceptional.

THE SETTING

Authorized retailer of Cartier, Dior, Celine, Miu Miu, Prada, DITA and more than thirty luxury eyewear brands.

WHO WE WELCOME

– Doctor of Optometry from an ACOE-accredited College of Optometry.

– Active and unrestricted California optometry license.

– Fluency in Korean and English — strongly preferred.

– A genuine commitment to refined, personalized patient care.

THE ARRANGEMENT

– An independent sublease (sublessor / sublessee), structured in full compliance with California Business & Professions Code §655 and §2556.

– A one-year term commencing August 15, 2026.

– Terms discussed directly, and in confidence.
