- A private, independent exam room fully equipped with state-of-the-art technology
- A warm, refined atmosphere - authorized retailer of 38 curated luxury eyewear brands
- Bilingual Korean/English staff, with billing and administrative support
- Two Flexible Arrangements
- Option 1 — Standard Sublease: One-year sublease of the exam room at a fixed monthly rent, renewable by mutual agreement.
- Option 2 — Weekend Day-Rate: Use the exam room only on the Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays you practice, at a fixed daily rate
- Under either option, all professional fees from your practice belong to you.
- Active California optometry license required; Korean fluency preferred
